PMIC Pakistan Moofinance Investment Company Hiring Now Assistant Manager HR Reports to: Head of Human Resources Location: Islamabad Assistant Manager HR will be working closely with the Head of Human Resources and looking after Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Engagement, Leaming and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Event Management, and Implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head of Human Resources in planning, organizing, and executing all activities of the Human Resources department. • Conducting talent acquisition, which involves enhancing sourcing channels, long-listing and short-listing candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating salaries, extending job offers, and overseeing the onboarding process for new joiners. This includes conducting reference checks, and orientations, monitoring career-path programs, and managing employee relations. Additionally, responsible for employer branding activities, such as internship programs, maintaining relationships with academia, and managing social media platforms for PMIC . Coordinating with line managers to define job descriptions, competencies, and reporting structures. • Executing and coordinating all matters related to HR operations in line with HR policies and procedures. Supporting the ⚫ Head of Human Resources in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures, including the HR Manual, HR Procedures, Employee Handbook, and HR SOPs. Establishing and maintaining all personnel and department records and reports, participating in administrative staff matters, maintaining monthly updates on all HR activities, and preparing analytics in prescribed formats. Coordinating and monitoring Group Health and life insurance with insurance companies. • Processing payments, coordinating and liaising with other departments for the quick processing of HR activities, and participating in the annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Coordinating on all matters related to government bodies, including EOBI, etc. Executing organizational development projects such as training and development activities, workload analysis, succession planning, and employee engagement surveys. Collaborating closely with departments to define competencies frameworks and assisting them in understanding their KPIs, roles, objectives, and systems. • Conducting training and development activities based on an effective competency-based Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Coordinating with training organizations, both local and foreign, and preparing a comprehensive training budget and plan. • Managing the Human Resource Information System. Overseeing the administration of benefits of all kinds, changes in HRIS, preparing attendance and leave reports, and participating in monthly payroll processing in coordination with the Finance Department.

Educational Qualification

16 years of education (Bachelor/Masters) in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
