Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for explaining the scope & objectives of audit engagement to the process owner, developing a thorough understanding of business processes in the scope of assigned audits, and identifying the inherent risks and controls within business processes. Develop a risk-based test plan, evaluate the adequacy of process design and effectiveness of controls, identify and document control weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings, lead internal audit assignments as per the annual audit plan, propose practical & value-added recommendations, conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions and perform & lead transaction audit. Participate in closing meetings with the process owner at the end of fieldwork, prepare audit reports, and effectively communicate the findings & recommendations to the department and senior management.
