Job Responsibilities
•Manage and update 24 x 7 shifts roster plan.
•Monitor threats to organization's IT infrastructure and collaborate with teams to create security rules.
•Extend triage of security alerts reported by SOC (Tier-1).
•Manage vendor relationships, escalate critical issues, and bugs for timely resolution.
•Manage for integrating standard or non-standard logs into security information and
event management.
•Manage and update indicators of compromise to timely detect and respond to known and emerging threats.
Update and maintain SOC Playbook document as required.
•Stay up-to-date with security trends, threats, and control measures. •Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, EPP)
•Knowledge of MITRE Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). •Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and concepts.
Certifications like CEH, CHFI or any SIEM related will be an added advantage.
